Refund policy

At Boho Bae, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy once a product is sold.

We offer size exchange only, valid for the same product, in case of sizing issues. If the required size is not available, a credit note will be issued. Size exchange is allowed once per order only.

Please note:

  • Customized products are not eligible for exchange or return
    * Exchanges are not accepted for color differences (minor 10% variation may occur due to screen settings)
    * Only unused, unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging are eligible for exchange
  • For size-related issues, you must contact us at bohobae3@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

'As we do not provide reverse pickup, customers are required to ship the product back themselves'
